The VEX Robotics World Championship, presented by the Northrop Grumman Foundation, brings together the top VEX IQ Challenge, VEX Robotics Competition, and VEX U teams from around the globe to celebrate their accomplishments and participate to be crowned champions.

➥ Register for the 2022 VEX Robotics World Championship

The REC Foundation is dedicated to the health and safety of our community.

At this time, the city of Dallas has an active mask mandate in place. All participants and attendees will need to wear masks during the event. We will continue to abide by all local, state, and national health and safety policies. Changes or updates will be reflected in this policy as they become available. Registered teams are responsible for understanding and abiding by the guidelines herein and acknowledge this policy by registering their team.

The final health and safety policy for the 2022 VEX Robotics World Championship will be available on March 30th, 2022.

Students, parents, and volunteers will nominate Inspiration All-Stars through a written submission. To be considered for this award at the 2022 VEX Robotics World Championship, teams must pre-submit a 500-word essay through the VEX Worlds awards page, which will be available from December 1, 2021 until February 18, 2022, midnight Eastern time. Late submittals will not be accepted for this award. Teams may also share a 30 second video to support their nomination.

VEX Robotics World Championship registration cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM, CT on April 6, 2022, in order to receive a full refund. All cancellation requests must be emailed to support@roboticseducation.org with the team number and the team contact information. Teams that cancel after 5:00 PM, CT on April 6, 2022, will not receive a refund for their registration fee.

The VEX Robotics World Championship is free and open to the public. This lively and engaging event is suitable for the entire family. Before entering the event, we ask that you check in with REC Foundation staff to be allowed access to the venue. Once you check in, spectators are welcome to attend the ceremonies, watch matches, and visit with teams in the pit area.

Teams will be notified, via email, if any event occurs that would jeopardize VEX Worlds.
