The Robotics Education & Competition (REC) Foundation seeks to increase student interest and involvement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) by engaging students in hands-on, sustainable and affordable curriculum-based robotics engineering programs.

By partnering with universities and colleges to offer a scholarship program, the REC Foundation hopes to encourage students in our programs to continue their education and pursue careers in STEM.

Adelphi University

Adelphi University offers a wide range of merit scholarships to admitted students studying in the STEM fields and education. Scholarships vary and are based on academic merit. Applicants are required to be enrolled at Adelphi University. Click here for information about the Admission Process.

AIST Foundation

The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) Foundation offers 30 scholarships, 29 for $6,000 each and one for $12,000. AmericanMuscle

AmericanMuscle is offering two student scholarship worth $2,500 each for students pursuing Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or other automotive-themed majors. One scholarship will be awarded every spring semester, followed by one additional scholarship to be awarded for the fall semester each year.

Brillianteers is offering a $1,000 scholarship to one outstanding university student. This scholarship targets LGBT students with academic achievements to create and submit a 300-word essay with the theme “Same-sex Marriage Around The World”.
