NRSC VEX Robotics Competition

On March 2, 2019, we hosted the first-ever student robotics tournament in the Southeast region with robotics teams comprised of all Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in partnership with the NTID Regional STEM Center (NRSC at the North Carolina School for the Deaf).

Native American Participation

During the 2018-19 season, we delivered the VEX Robotics Competition and VEX IQ Challenge to dozens of Native American schools primarily in Florida, Arizona, and Oklahoma, reaching over 1,000 Native American students annually.

By embracing STEM curriculum, Inspiration All Star Nekoda Altaha advanced and enriched White Mountain Apache Reservation students’ futures by implementing REC Foundation and VEX Robotics programs into their community.
