The VEX IQ Challenge, presented by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, provides elementary and middle school students with exciting, open-ended robotics and research project challenges that enhance their science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) skills through hands-on, student-centered learning.
The VEX IQ Challenge fosters student development of the teamwork, critical thinking, project management, and communication skills required to prepare them to become the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
Simple, Flexible, Powerful
Learn how to start and organize a VEX IQ team. Visit RobotEvents.com to register a team and get started in the program. Teams register for the VEX IQ Challenge and get their official Team Identification Number and Team Welcome Kit from Robot Events, then build robots, conduct their STEM research project, and participate in events. Check the VEX IQ Challenge Team page for a lot more information and resources.
VEX IQ Challenge events are posted on RobotEvents.com. Take a look at the description to find out when and where they are scheduled. Most VEX IQ Challenge events are open to the public, and very few events charge admission, but there may be parking or other charges imposed by the venue. Check the VEX IQ Current Challenge page for this year’s important documents and challenge descriptions.
